Terms & Conditions

The ensuing provisions compose the Agreement of Terms and Conditions for services offered by our institution, inclusive of School Holiday Camps, Workshops, Birthday Parties, and After School Clubs. We've endeavoured to maintain the clarity and straightforwardness of this agreement's terms. Herein, we delineate our expectations and the regulations governing the aforementioned services.

School Holiday Camps:

Upon enrolling in our School Holiday Camps, you're obligated to furnish thorough information such as your child's full name, date of birth, and any relevant medical conditions. The entire booking fee must be paid before the camp starts. If your child becomes unwell before or on the camp's scheduled day, please promptly contact our office on 01727 638 955 to arrange a transfer of your child's enrolment to an alternative camp either within the same holiday timeframe or the subsequent school holiday period.

Be informed that refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.

Camp payment can be made via bank transfer to our specified account, debit or credit card, or through the accepted childcare vouchers as listed. If your preferred childcare voucher company isn't listed, please inform us via email and we will endeavour to register with them.

After-School Clubs:

For School Clubs taking place on school grounds that are not directly owned by Engineering 4 Kids, we require upfront payment of all fees for the upcoming term. Please note that we don't provide trial sessions or allow cancellations, as these numbers are pivotal in defining our staffing needs.

If your child is unable to attend a particular session, the fees associated with that day are non-refundable.

Under specific provisions, After School Club fees may be paid on a half-termly basis. In such cases, you are required to pay for the first half term upfront and for the second half term at least one week before your child's first session following the mid-term break.

School Workshops:

Upon confirming a booking for our School Workshops, a deposit equalling 50% of the total fee is required. The remaining balance must be settled either one day before our school visit or on the visit day. Please note that the only accepted form of payment for School Workshops is via bank transfers.

In the event of cancellation, we request immediate notification. We'll strive to reschedule the workshop within the current academic year. Regrettably, refunds will not be issued under any conditions.

Birthday Parties:

Please consult the separate contract.

Weekend Coding Club / Private Tuition:

Charges for the Weekend Coding Club or private tuition should be remitted termly in advance or, under special provisions, monthly in advance. All payment methods are acceptable.
